4) Those posting in people connections area must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age in area to the state they are posting too and from.

5) Any real estate posting must not discriminate again others and abide by the laws of their state when dealing with real estate laws and discriminatory actions, within those advertising and postings.

6) No user is allowed to duplicate post, spamming the website.  No same post are allowed on the same day.

7) No refunds are given on any advertising or featured post should it be posted.  In addition, no refunds are ever given to those who post adult content or against terms of use ads or post should it be flagged due to Terms Of Use, by other users or by Cool Easy Post personal.

8) The Cool Easy Post has the right to block anyone who post against its terms of use, and not limited in its decision in blocking; with those harassing, hacking, spamming, submitting fake post, constant issues, or those the Cool Easy Post feel have inappropriate & rude behavior.

9) The Cool Easy Post does not wish to infringe upon any one else's copyright. Should there be an issue, please just contact us having your copyright information in hand for verifications and Cool Easy Post will take down upon verifying the issue.  This includes issues from users in postings as well as any royalty free images that Cool Easy Post might have gathered during it website creation or image purchasing.  We will adjust our copyrights and trademarks accordingly.

10) Cool easy offers part live monitoring as an extra security for the safety of its users, however this is an option of its site for users to use when needed, not a requirement. Those constantly contacting Cool Easy Post has the right to discontinue its live service to any one who constantly is pestering its customer service with un-necessarily issues on a regular basis.

11) Cool Easy Post has the right to block those that target others postings' in flagging abuse.

12) Cool Easy Post has the right to change any of its terms and policies upon without notice.

13) Cool Easy Post keeps and wants to keep its users private however; if legal issue arise, the Cool Easy Post has the right, by user, using this site; to turn their routing, email, postings, correspondences and other information over to authorities when needed, and at their discretion.
