No. We only ask
you stay with us for

at any time? |
|
Yes, providing
you give us 5 business days prior to your next
monthly billing. After that time we can not
guarantee we can stop your next payment. Those who
wait too long to inform us, after 5 days prior will
be charged the following month for hosting, and your
service will not stop until the following month.
We do not refund those who wait too long to let us
know about any cancellations past to 5 business days
to next billing dates, which is a reasonable
request. |

|
thats pretty
simple. the easiest way to login, is to go to
yourdomainname.com(or net or biz??) /cpanel |

You must email
us from the account email address you use. We can
reset your password, We send it to the email address
you use inside your account information. |

I do not
know how to set my domain manager up. What do I do? |

Call or email
where you bought your domain from and ask them to
help you set it. |

I do not
have a domain name yet. How do I order it? |
|
You can order
it yourself online or we will be happy to do that
for you for $12.99 fee. If you wish for us to do
such, all you will need to do is first make a payment
for such
with misc payment button on the hosting homepage
(left column).
It is a separate payment than hosting. (check online
to see if name is already taken prior to payment.
Then email us at
host.support@thecooleasy.com sending us the domain name
you wish, your name, address, phone number. We will
order for you and set up your domain manager for
you. Then send you the information so that you have
control over it, along with asking you to change
your pass codes we temporarily set up. |

If I am late
on a payment, do you delete my website? |
|
NEVER!
Many other sites block immediately or delete. We do
not usually do such. We hold it for 90 days on
server incase of mistakes. Even when you cancel
account, we do not delete incase you have an issue
in transferring it for our clients welfare; however
after a small grace period in non-payment, you will
need to get your payment in or you could be
suspended. This means everything is there but your
traffic might be blocked until you do pay.
Non-payment accounts after 60-days are canceled and
deleted. Payment grace periods are 7 business days
before we suspend them. Suspend means the
public will not be able to view your page after that
time until you make you payment again. All hosting
companies do this. |

My site says
suspended. Why? |
|
Sites are
suspended after 5 business says of non payment. They
can also be suspended if you need to contact us,
having put adult porn or using it for spam
marketing. There might be other reasons why as well,
however 90% of the time it would be for one of these
reasons. |

Do you
backup your servers? |
|
yes, we do
daily backups, however it is our system backups. you
are responsible for your own backups of your
website. There is an icon for backups. It is pretty
easy to do. |

How so i
transfer my site from another location? |
|
Usually you can
do a detail backup of all your files, email,
database, ect. of where your site is presently. Then
log into our cpanel, your administration area. Click
on backup icon. upload your backup. You may or may
not have to recreate your database so the pass codes
and such will be in place, depending on your site
and hosting. If you used cpanel prior, you will not
need to do that step. Just do your backups. If it
does not show, let us know and we will try to enable
it.

I ordered
this morning, and still have no conformation emails. |
|
Please call the
number you were given when you ordered. We try
to get it set up within 3 hours, but have up to 78
hours should we ever be backed up and/or with Sunday
off considerations. Please allow up to 24 hours. If
you still have not heard from us, then you may call
to spend up that process. Once we have set account
up, you will receive an email conformation with all
your administration information in it. You may then
log into your admin area and manage your account. |

What happens
if my bandwidth goes over my service plan? |
|
Generally, you
are warned when your bandwidth is getting low. If
you see you need more room, just let us know and you
may upgrade to the next level of services. If
you find your going over, you can op to purchase
additional bandwidth for only $ 10 5 GB. |
