Process "TheCoolEasy" is proud to be an American private
entrepreneur family enterprise. One of our goals is giving
"Americans" back security in American careers.
At "TheCoolEasy", we
hire employees for long
term relationships and
job security which
include old fashion
benefits that employees
can count on for them
and their families.
We are in hope that
other companies will
follow by returning work
force with decent pay
and benefits to our
homeland. I personally
hope that companies will
start contributing &
focusing back into what
is also good for the
American people, those
citizens, those families
around them. To place
more value in employees
who dedicate a portion
of their life to those
companies day in and day
out in order to make
them what they have
become.
While like any other
company, where the
bottom line is profit;
we also feel investing
into people is equally
as important. And
without having both, one
is not really
successful. By

we will not hire 2
people part time to
eliminate one persons'
security in health
benefits. Nor go outside
our own country if we
can get what we need
here in America.
Meaning; we place high
value with foreign
companies, having only
good intentions with
anyone who is within or
outside of North
America, with very
strong beliefs in open
fair trade. Still, we
will NOT take the food
out of the mouths of our
own first, by taking
away American jobs,
which was (and remains)
a huge part of the
securities within the
American family. Nor,
do we have a problem
stating so.
TheCoolEasy we will not
offer reproduction lines
for employment on a
continuous basis
thinking it will save
money to rehire for the
same position over and
over, restarting that
position at a lower
salary to increase
bottom lines. We
recognize far too many
companies are doing
this, which our own
government has open the
doorway for such
manifesting issues. We
recognize these are
totally wrong for hard
working Americans and
unfair corporate tactics
many companies
continuously get away
with, who can afford to
do what is right.
Therefore, we want those
who are seeking
employment to know that
if you are hired by
TheCoolEasy, our goal is
to keep you with us with
fair opportunities,
salaries and benefits;
if all possible, until
you retire.
What this means to you,
as an employee:
* We hire only American citizens that are established in the united states for this is where we are headquartered.
* Being based in American, we are an English speaking company. We do want to meet the needs of others as much as possible; however, being based in America, we speak only English, the American (USA) most spoken language. Therefore employees would need to speak fluent English language in the workplace for less confusion. Sorry, we do not offer translators in the workforce.
* People create their own individual character in this world based on personal abilities within, education, experiences in life, along with their attitude toward others. Only an individual can make up their own character within one self which others will judge you by. At "TheCoolEasy", everyone has the same opportunities based on skill, personal drive, and your attitude as an individual. You will not be discriminated against because of sex, race, culture, age, disability, etc...
* If you are hired full time, you will have the security of health benefits that you and your family deserve, along with other employee benefit perks; including bonuses and retirement plans. You are given extra holidays that most companies do not offer. In addition, we offer personal time benefits for family needs because we know if your family & personal affairs are in order, you are more productive on the job!
* If you are hired by the cool easy, you will NOT be paid minimum wage. We know first hand that no one can survive productively on a minimum wage income. Hiring for minimum wage only keeps one in poverty. We do not want to be just another company making millions of dollars and yet our dedicated employees are left out, not capable of paying the rent or mortgage at the end of the month. Again, a happier employee is one whose life is in order. We pay decent wages on sliding scales for dedicated employee positions vs having high turnover based on position in marketplace. In addition, we go a step further, offering our employees free counseling in personal financing and self development to help further get them where they need or would like to be in their your own personal lifestyles and expect good work habits in exchange.
* If for some reason you can not do the job you are trained for or other situations arise; whenever possible, we will seek within our own company family before terminating anyone. To place that employee at a position they would be better suited for, than to see them leave us. Should there be no placement at that time, we give them the option to return should a position open in another area of mutual interest, calling them back for "first dibs" should an opening occur, provided they are terminated according to terms.
For Those Challenged
* Those less fortunate or challenged will have equal opportunity for employment with "TheCoolEasy" for better positions in corporate America. We are not going to hand out fake security by saying we are going to give those challenged an equal opportunity, again, only to pay them minimum wages; using them for lower pay with the "illusion" of opportunity. We actually ARE doing what is right by giving them the same quality income and benefits for that position, as anyone else in that field providing they can do the job.
Part Time & /or On Call
Those who seek only part time or on-call positions will still receive many employee benefits perks simply because they are still part of our company family.
* Many who are hired part time or by full time contracts, will have the same opportunity for full time positions based on availability and performance. All full time employees are contracted within an evaluation period of 90-365 days, pending on job position and availability for full time placement in acceptance of full time position. Those who are hired by either, will still receive many benefits offered.
Hiring & Terminations
* Hiring and terminations are not based only on one person or one team manager. It is usually based on team decisions.
This allows more equal opportunity for team decisions for everyone in the company, and the employee.
In Exchange For "the Good Ole Fashion" Employment
We do require a few things from you:
* Be a productive and ethical producer in your work habits
* Be a team player. That means you do your work and be willing to help with other duties & department teams when situation calls for such.
* Always do your job. If occasionally you are stun with a challenge, do not be afraid to say so. No one person is an island. Sometimes a task might require team work or someone more familiar with a situation to get the job done. By saying so, getting correct results faster, you have done your job!
* If you feel strongly about something, include it or suggest it; for everyone's thought is important on the table (used or not).
* Be honest with us and your fellow employees
* Abide by the company guidelines
* Keep company info and your job confidential
* Keep your hands to yourself and jokes tactful
* Stay away from drugs and destructive drinking behaviors
* Do not participate in illegal disorderly conducts or actions of crime
* Be a problem solver with issues within your family team workers & job challenges; not the problem
* Try to keep away from gossip, he said/she saids'. Its a de-motivator that is unwelcome.
* Should you have an issue at work or a personal issue interfering with your job duties, let us work with you to resolve them. Sometimes it is worse to be silent, creating more issues by improper communications or gossip that can be destructive.
* Be realistic, keeping your since of humor always! Plus a keen since of humor will help you live longer.
* Come to work promptly, have fun with your job and and smile. Just remember, you are part of something special. And we feel you are very valuable no matter what position or level you are at with us
